Help my game just crash after receiving rewards try to download them and everything got lost and now I have just screen of the tank that's it i cannot even write to support for explanation hopefully someone will read this and will get back to me .....played the game for many years have 60 tanks full of fish ?????? Please get back to me????

I just 'claimed' the rewards for the latest game. Now I do not have access to my other tanks or even feed the current one. All the options are gone.

Hey guys, can't play the game! Update ended and I was collecting the rewards the it crashed! Went to restart the game did this several times still nothing, I reboot my iPad, still nothing! Please fix!

I have been unable to open my Dream Fish game for over 5 days. I have contacted Dream Fish through Facebook numerous times and get no answers or assistance. I have been playing this game since 2012 and hate to lose everything. Beginning to think there is no customer service or else they just don't care. In the past, I was told to delete my app and restore my game. Well, after doing that 5 times, it still does not work. If I could give this app zero stars I would. Save money and time. SKIP THIS APP !!!

This is a fun game, relaxing and enjoyable. The big drawback for me is that I can't play offline. This might not matter for some people, but as I am frequently offline, it makes a big difference to me. A bug in the game is keeping the offline mode from loading on my iPad Air 2. It loads up to "creating UI" and then crashes. If I load it while online, then lose my connection, the offline mode does work, but even then, play is very limited in offline mode. All it lets you do is watch the fish and tap on them. It won't let you even feed the fish or clean the tank offline. I understand why some features require a connection, but why should I need to be online to clean my tank? Please make more play features available offline.
