Terrible Customer Support

I’ve been trying to contact their customer service for 6 days, since January 2, and keep getting a message that they are on holiday hours. This is totally unexceptable for a game that charges so much for upgrades and extras. This game, as indicated in other reviews is very expensive and time consuming.
A few noticeable Issues

This game is very cute. It’s good for a good log on log off game. Unfortunately, I can see a few things that I feel others Don’t see. 1. The journey wheels typically give you the least amount possible. It’s very upsetting when you spend 100 runes to get nothing but garbage all the time. It’s a complete rip-off and I can see through all of it. The wheel almost predicts where it wants to land: on the stuff you typically don’t want/need. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it’s very agitating. Try to make the wheel more free flowing to at least encourage the fact that they might land on something they NEED. 2. Too many dragons. Some of which you can’t even buy with Runes anymore. It’s called the “Quest for Money”. I’m one who likes to collect creatures. That is why I like Pokémon. But this is Ridiculous. Do you really need 15 only semi-different Deadly Nadders? I hate to say it, but you need something Different. I don’t know what, but we can’t hold 575 (Rounding) Dragons! Some of which we can’t even get anymore. Slow down for a second! 3. Money or nothing. If you aren’t willing to pay, you have trouble in your play. That’s how I see this game. Understandably I see that you aren’t too greedy about the pricing, but you HAVE to spend some if you want to get by in the game. I don’t appreciate that kind of play. It’s not fun when you are a person who does’t spend. Trying to make them pay will only make them quit. Okay. I think I’m done with my Rant. It really isn’t all that bad, but these everyday stresses are very irritating. Please fix it if at all possible.

Hello I really enjoy this game and I deleted it by accident awhile ago and haven’t had time to re download it till today and I’m just starting to play again and your developers are very creative with dragons.

Amazing game but just a suggestion for the costumes

I absolutely love this game but I have just a little problem with the costumes. I get that you want the players to earn the costumes, I think that for some of the dragons you should have them get to a level like you show and let them have the costume but not have them use thousands of relics example I get Stormfly up to level 12 to get the costumes but when I got to that level I had to pay thousands of relics just to actually have it, which I didn’t have very many of, I honestly get it if you don’t want to change it, just a suggestion to get more people excited about the game and have a more fun time with customizing their dragons, but on a better note this is an amazing game I love the graphics and the animations and all the quests you can do and all the dragons you could get.

Httyd is one one my favorite franchises in the world so you can understand my excitement when I learned there was an app. I had fun finding my favorite dragons but I quickly realized that if you want to progress in any way, you need to pay money. I mean, there are booster packs that cost fifty freaking dollars. I could go into further depth but I know there’s only so much people will read so just trust me, don’t get this game unless you are positive that you won’t be tempted to spend $40+ on useless stuff. :)
I love how to train my dragon also I got the game it’s so addictive. I love the movies also.

There’s a glitch

In the beginning of the game it told you to get a monstrous nightmare but there’s a glitch in it and I delete the game and put it back and it still is glitching And I want to play the game but this glitch makes it unplayable.
