Terrible Customer Support – Dragons: Rise of Berk Review

I’ve been trying to contact their customer service for 6 days, since January 2, and keep getting a message that they are on holiday hours. This is totally unexceptable for a game that charges so much for upgrades and extras. This game, as indicated in other reviews is very expensive and time consuming.
