I came across this app while researching the initial “Dragon magazine.” While I love the different articles available from fandoms to “upcoming” promotions (the earlier ones discuss items released 2015), I would like to see more content. It feels like half of the magazine is advertisements. Since Dungeons and Dragon is more popular than ever it should be easy to find more topics and content, maybe even take submissions from the audience. One thing I personally like to read about are people’s mishaps and adventures in D&D. These are always fun ways to show the limitless possibility of the game. I will say I like that there are maps included as pdf’s in some issues, it would be awesome to get some random maps that aren’t included in the D&D official modules. Something to inspire DM’s and players. Also, I like that you included the Gribbins Agency Quest in one one of your issues, having more oneshot campaigns would also be great! Now for interactive fixes for the app. One, the app is unusable when downloading an article. That means if I’m catching up on issues, I can’t read one while another downloads in the background. That is frustrating. If I’m on a bus or a passenger without a WiFi connection this can be incredibly tedious and unrewarding. My second issue is that the app will not allow me to open links in safari or another web browers instead of in-app. I wanted to know more about altspaceVR but I found it frustrating to navigate in the application. While I love the fandom, I currently only see fit to give it 3 stars. Hopefully in the future that will change.

Great App!... almost

As far as magazine content goes, it’s great! I love every page I read. But there is a glitch that I thought had been fixed by an update but turns out it still happens. Every time I open the app it gives me a blank screen after it looks like it’s loading up with the Dragon+ logo. I’ve tried closing the app and deleting and downloading the app again, but neither of those have worked. Before this crash started I loved the app, and once it’s fixed so I can actually read the content i’ll give a 5 star rating.

Free, and good content folks

Some truly great articles, hardly any (and no random) ads. The folks at D&D must be nice!

Awesome App!

So much great information and it looks good too!

Great Design and Content

The look and feel of this app is great and it seems a fantastic way of keeping up with everything that is going on in the world of Dungeons and Dragons. The magazine articles are both useful and informative to DMs and players alike and I love that you can keep up with news from the various D&D social feeds on the home page. That being said, the app does have a tendency to hang up occasionally or experience a delay processing screen taps. Looks like there's more work to be done to optimize the app itself, but what it does and how it does it is great!

The magazine lives!

I absolutely loved dragon, and dungeon, magazine. I'm so happy to have them back in this app! Wotc is diligently listening to its fan base. Tag teamed with both the DungeonDelve and DragonTalk podcasts, Wotc is on point. 5 Stars.

Great Content, though App Freaks Out w/o Internet Connection

I really appreciate getting the new Dragon at no charge. The articles are pretty informative and entertaining. The navigation is pretty good and comparable to Texture and other magazine apps. I am primarily reading on my wifi iPad Air. The app will panic and crash if I load it without an Internet connection, like for say waiting for my kids at Sportsball.

Love this

I love this magazine and the plethora of content that is available for the low, low price of FREE!

The legacy continues

I got into D&D by reading my dad's old Dragon magazines, and I've always been sad that I got into the game too late to be a subscriber. While this app doesn't quite capture the quirky charm of those TSR publications, it definitely has the same spirit. They even took one of my submissions! That was a thrill. If you like D&D, this app is a no-brainier. Great work, Wizards!

Good stuff
