We enjoyed our rides with the Downtowner. Friendly drivers and fun to ride in the Tesla model X. Our ride arrived really fast. I was surprised at how short the wait was.

We didn’t rent a car on our 2 week trip and went everywhere with a combination of the Downtowner and just as amazing public transportation.

Thank you Aspen City Council. This is a very efficient way to get around Aspen. We have used it to get to and from the slopes and Ruby Transit Center. It is wonderful to have this ride service to and from dinner each night. With this being a complimentary service, it is most welcoming to visitors. All of your drivers are polite, punctual and safe. With Gratitude ~ ?

Downtowner is such a great tool for getting around Downtown Tampa. It’s hard to walk around here sometimes and it makes it convenient. Just order your ride early because it can be hard to get one on busy days and nights.

I use the Downtowner frequently in Aspen. It’s been say to use the app and often times, at least in our off season, it’s mere minutes away. I’ve waited as long as 20 minutes during our busy season, but if I plan well, it’s not an issue.

I just recently learned about this free car service app Downtowner and it’s the most remarkable service I’ve ever experienced. I’m a server and bartender in Savannah and don’t own a car so when I get off work late I can easily get home for free! The pickup time is a remarkably quick and is going to save me so much money. I’m going to be telling everyone about this app so they can experience the same revelation that I have.

As a student at SCAD, I use Downtowner to travel home from classes safely or to run errands that I’m normally not able to because I don’t have a car. This app has honestly changed my life and it’s the best thing that has happened to me here! Thanks Downtowner! Great drivers, very quick pick-up, and super fast transportation! This is the best.
