Can’t watch movies

I downloaded the App. On my iPhone but I’m unable to watch shows. It would not let me purchase through my mobile device (iphone7plus). So I went through my Amazon Prime account, but I still can’t use this app. How can I link my Dove Channel through the app. from my Amazon Prime subscription?

Tried to watch a movie after downloading the app and it immediately locked up on the first commercial and would do absolutely nothing.

Since the update. Can not see the screen. It is distorted. Fix it. Can not pick out ant movies. It won’t landscape.
