Can’t watch movies

I downloaded the App. On my iPhone but I’m unable to watch shows. It would not let me purchase through my mobile device (iphone7plus). So I went through my Amazon Prime account, but I still can’t use this app. How can I link my Dove Channel through the app. from my Amazon Prime subscription?

Tried to watch a movie after downloading the app and it immediately locked up on the first commercial and would do absolutely nothing.
