Purchased a premium package 800 million chips for $99.00. Got a gold package of 400 million instead for$99.00. Contacted them thru the web site on laptop and thru the Facebook app. Received idiotic responses repeatedly. They think we are stupid. Update: thanks for the response from the developer. I contacted DoubleUCasino thru the app and through the web multiple times. In addition 2 messages directly to support@doubluugames. Com Idiotic responses that they have different promotions. It has to be deliberate because they respond in English not that they don’t understand 2nd update just received text message from Developer thru Apple trying to help. I have written to Customer Service about 10 times, they keep on giving idiotic responses Developer response doesn’t mean anything and Customer Service is useless

I love this game, however, there are a few things regarding the clubs that are left to be desired. I find it difficult to start or find a club that is worth being involved in where the players actually fulfill the duties of club involvement, and getting help from the support team seems meager at best.

Impossible to get problems fixed. A-1 rip-off. The more you spend the more you lose. Don’t waste your money. Customer support are idiots and care less about any issue. Odds in any live casino are 100% better. Totally discussing results. Do not buy any packages, you will be suckered. Complain till the cows come home and they will basically tell you to piss off.
