Contacted them thru the web site on laptop and thru the Facebook app. Received idiotic responses repeatedly. They think we are stupid. Update: thanks for the response from the developer. I contacted DoubleUCasino thru the app and through the web multiple times. In addition 2 messages directly to support@doubluugames. Com Idiotic responses that they have different promotions. It has to be deliberate because they respond in English not that they don’t understand 2nd update just received text message from Developer thru Apple trying to help. I have written to Customer Service about 10 times, they keep on giving idiotic responses Developer response doesn’t mean anything and Customer Service is useless
