Very poor app. They charge a fee to speak to someone to handle the order placement that their app doesn't.

Unfortunately I saw this app appear on Google, downloaded it and then attempted to place an order, after selecting a restaurant picking my food entering my payment information I then got an error code, so I redid everything again same error, third times the charm I said! I selected a different restaurant used a different card and low and behold I still received an error, so I called in to speak to someone being prompted that it will cost an extra 2 dollars to converse with someone(which is insane) he tells me that one of the restaurants I was trying to select is no longer in business(even though it shows as so on the app). Reasonable as I may be I decide to try yet another place. Nothing worked. Done with it. Waste of time. I ordered dominoes.

I am so happy! I have more options, MANY more! My order was delivered quickly, my driver was delightful. Can't wait to try more new restaurants compared to the limited few I had through Grub Hub! Thank you!

Broken App

I wonder if anyone tested this before they rolled it out? The order of events is awkward - why can I go through the process of placing an order only to have to log in to add to Cart then have to redo the order? None of the pulldown selection menus work on iOS. Errors out when you submit the order. I don't really love Doorstep but it's my only option - they sure do make it difficult to give them money.

Worst delivery experience

When I received my order, it wasn't made correctly. I called Doorstep to get it replaced, and they told me they would have it remade right away. Ten minutes later, they called back asking for the food back. When I told them I had thrown it away, Justin of Doorstep Delivery of Gainesville, Florida told me I was crazy and called me a liar. It's a health violation to return food - not to mention when I called the restaurant, they told me they would never ask for food back. The restaurant replaced the food, but I had to pick it up. It's a scam.

I placed an order tonight and was emailed that our food would be arriving in an hour and 10 minutes. An hour and 25 minutes later (our food should have already arrived), I received a call from the rudest representative ever who told me he's sorry but they're too busy to place our order tonight and I'm out of luck. What a joke. Don't use this service. Doorstep Deliver is wayyyy better. Check them out instead!

The app is fine, but the delivery time is horrible. The first time we ordered, it took two hours for delivery. We thought maybe they were just having a bad night, so we gave them a second chance. It's been an hour and a half and we are still waiting. They will not get a third chance. Deleting the app now.

A buggy mess, any kind of dropdown/scrolling menu shoves itself into the upper left of the screen and becomes unresponsive
