I overall love the game very much. The only thing that annoys me is that when i open the chest, the first 3 tops slots are like half covered. I don't know how to explain it but like it doesn't fully show the slot, it only shows half the slot which bugs me :( maybe fix it?

A bit worse than a typical survival game

To be honest, I have a hard time getting in to the Don't Starve series because there is no story, objective, and the game is generic in its design. After playing many survival games, I noticed that this game uses the same formula as the thousands of survival games that came out in recent memory. Just like every other survival game out there, you collect wood and stone to make tools and gather one ore; gold to get science kits. These science kits are basically a crafting table where you can create more tools and armor. I have seen thousands of games with the same sense of progression as this game. This game in particular irks me because: 1. When you go to generate a world, it takes a very long time to generate even a small (default) world. It takes over 15 minutes to generate it which is long time considering that it regenerates the map every time you die. 2. There are hardly any customization options in this game, unlike its predecessor. In the original Don't Starve game, you could build a farm, a house, and explore caverns with wicked flora and fauna within. In this game, it is just the boring open sea where there is hardly anything to create or explore. 3. Just like the original Don't Starve, the controls are finicky.

I only have one complaint it makes my device hot and I will try the low battery mode if that works I will update this. Update: the battery saver works and is really helpful. It doesn't change a lot in the game. The game is just fun to play around with.

Everything outside of the game is fine and even the loading screen. But when I get into the game it's super blurry for some reason.

I'm getting stuck on the "Generating Islands" loading screen. I tried re downloading it, nothing changed. I tried turning my mom off and on and still no change. I really wanna play it, but I keep getting stuck on the loading screen.

This was a great game but not a good one that I played the best, the game took so long to upload the world and if it didn't do it it would crash. I would just want the developers to fix this or else I would like this game refunded so just please fix the issue I'm having.

The game is great and all, if only it'll load. It's a long wait to even play the game. In fact, I'm writing a review while it's still loading. There should be something to fix that. And Woodie doesn't turn into a monster in this game which kind of makes Woodie a bit better then most characters

This would be a decent game if it didn't take so long to freakin' load. What's up with that? I've been using iPhones since the original in 2007 and never come across a game that takes longer to load. This is 2017, get it together Klei.
