App could be improved

Please don’t make me select carry out or delivery just to look at the menu items. I may not be looking for right now, bout to plan for a future meal instead! Also, please allow me to add a tip to my order and charge to my card. I don’t always have cash on hand, and the driver shouldn’t suffer because the app is lacking.

Everything about this app is good. The only complaint I have is, all drivers making deliveries should have gps capability mandatory so customer can keep tabs of the delivery and not guess one hour later where your food could be.

App is terrible. I can’t check out and have had to call the store directly. This has happened twice. None of the payments work, even the pay at store tab.

Love the app and tracker but I HATE that it doesn’t quote your time before you submit your order. My order tonight went over my 1.5 hr quoted delivery time and they still hadn’t even started my order yet. I had to call and switch it to carry out. Had I known it would take that long I would’ve done carry out two hours ago.

Works well but no wallet

The app is stable most of time and is easy to use but the fact that you can’t add and store gift card balance within the app, similar to Starbucks, is a HUGE shortcoming. Also, the time out on the order in cart is too short, if you don’t pay within few minutes the customized order disappears from cart..another shortcoming. I want to be able to customize it and leave in car for an hour or two and then just click submit when I’m ready.

Delivery Never Available

Local store is able to deliver if calling in and ordering. App always (at least 10 separate occasions over several months) says delivery not available now. What’s the point of having an app to order pizza delivery that won’t let you order a pizza? Sorry dominos, your competitors on doordash get the business since their app works.

Being able to look at the menu and order online sure makes things easier and faster. Everything is really good and the delivery service is fast and driver is very polite (Brian) He did an excellent job.? Thanks to all the crew and you guys are awesome ???

Can’t log in or create new account

This app works fine for other members of my family, but my login information was lost a long time ago during an iOS update, and now I can’t get back in. I have requested a reset password link dozens of times but never received an email. I have tried creating a new account, but after going through the entire form, the app abruptly closes when I submit. I guess I will have to be dependent on other family members to do my ordering for me.

This app is among the most frustrating of any app I use. Tried to change my password tonight and kept getting thrown out of the app. Besides that, your pizza is not that good!
