Utterly useless

BluedogRed

Every single review here is one star for good reason. This app is useless. I entered my reservation number and it just sits there, no feedback. Doesn't tell you it searching, can't find it or anything.

Still Bad!

Needs a complete overhaul to be more user friendly and save/use express ID.

very rudimentary

bobio01

Does not give any details of the reservation, such as total cost. Must manually search for the reservation number to load into the app. Does not sync with one's Dollar account online. More like a reminder note than an actual app.

Seriously? No Dollar Express integration at all?

Dollar, I know I say this a lot, but it's a good thing that you're cheap. However, you have really cheaped out on this app, which is almost completely useless. If you're going to go to the trouble of making the app, how hard would it be to work in some integration of Dollar Express aka YOUR MOST LOYAL CUSTOMERS. Can somebody over there make this app worthwhile please? Thanks.

Horrible

Wxjunkies

Won't look up reservations by loyalty number. Won't allow you to log in to your account at all. Won't bring up reservations, so what good is it?

No where to log in

jeffrey-the-exploder

I have an account with a username and password I created on the desktop site, but there is no where to enter. It looks like I can create a NEW account, but that's not what I want.

Overall bad

Waiting in line 30 minutes just to check in. Downloaded app. Pointless. Can't do anything like checking. No self service kiosks. Not using Dollar again!

What’s the point?

What value does this app actually give to a user? Nothing you can’t do using a browser and email. I was expecting to enter my Express Membership information and the app would become my portal into Dollar’s system for managing reservations, etc. Instead, it’s just a way to search for reservations just as you can do in a browser. To store an existing reservation, you have to manually enter in the 11-digit confirmation number. What’s the point?
