Reserved a car with these guys but not via these guys and the app does not see it - I just get a weird error message. Anyone else having issues?

You put your information in and when you use it to review your reservations it asks for name AND confirmation code. I have that via the email. As mentioned by someone else having access to rapid rewards information would be a logical extension if this app but......

Entered a reservation number and my last name. Error message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." And there's a Try Again button. What do you suppose happens when you tap the button? The same error message, of course. Terrible web-app-packaged-as-a-native-app, with useless error messages. Tell your marketing department that this app is marketing to users. Is that what you want?

Love it but hate it

I love this app but can't tell you how much I hate that it asks me for my express number but then never passes it along to the dollar reservation system. I show up and they don't have me in the express line and don't have my car ready. I've told the place I rent from weekly and they say well after you book you should call and give them your number. Ok why did I use the app if I am going to do that!! When I do call each week and tell them about this broken app the rep says I should login with a desktop or laptop to add that information vs doing it on the app. What if I don't have one of those. Until this gets fixed I'm giving a one star but if it does get fixed it is a 5 star. Listen management....fix this app!!!

Error when trying to locate me in Japan. Object reference error when searching for an existing reservation. No space to enter my Dollar Express number. Very unfriendly interface.

I was really hoping for this app to help me manage my rentals, but it has no place for me to enter and store my express number. Sadly, I see no reason to use this application.

Can't find my reservation with this app. Could read about the specials when I clicked on them. Worthless. Deleting now.

Buggy and clunky

Downloaded this app to track my reservation and got an error message "object reference not set to instance of an object". Also the app looks and feels like someone threw this together in 5 minutes. Pretty useless.

Horrible for express members

Dollar's website stinks and this app is even worse. Don't bother unless all u want to do is make new reservations. No login so no profile changes, no finding existing reservations (unless you have confirmation number), etc
