I have been locked out of this app more times than I care to recall. It alone makes me wish we had chosen another bank for our reenacting unit.

I didn’t think it was possible to have a worse online banking experience than the Cashanalyzer website. Then I installed this horrible app. One has to wonder if anyone involved in planning and executing this horrifying experience has ever used a mobile device. Or the internet, for that matter. Everyone involved in creating this abomination should be embarrassed. Then they should find new careers.

This app is terrible. I get locked out of my account each month and I have to call and get it unlocked and they keep making me change my password and can’t use any old ones. It’s slow and looks terrible. I will be looking else where for my business checking just because of how bad of an experience I have had with this App.

Needs to be modernized and consistent

I hate writing negative reviews, but this app and any online banking has been extremely frustrating. It locks me out constantly and I have to call to get it unlocked (voice mails and emails aren’t returned). The app and the website have 2 different passwords -as does their small business credit card. I really wish there was consistency and modernization across all of their platforms. It’s very frustrating as a business owner. I love working locally with other businesses, but these issues have had me looking at other banks.

It’s so sad to say, but I’m already looking for a new bank & I haven’t even received my cards yet! All due to this app & the website. I’m bummed because I really like the staff at my location, but I need something better. They really need to get with the times.

Worst banking app ever

Long delays for every operation. Depositing a check used to take 5 minutes. And now the camera doesn’t work. So... now it’s impossible. Apple really needs a zero stars option!

Probably one of the worst banking app I've ever experienced. With same credentials I can login to Web but not Mobile app. Ridiculous!! Their Mobile development team should be fired.

This app is woefully bad. 3 years since its last update makes me question why I still am a customer with this bank. I literally have to call the home office to have my password reset every time I have to use the app. Not because I forgot it, because the app just magically locks me out.

Outdated and terrible

This app is probably the worst I’ve ever used. It’s slow to log in, the layout looks like it was designed for the first generation iPhone, and mobile check deposits don’t work on a modern iPhone. I chose to bank with Dollar because they’re local to Pgh, but this app alone makes me question my decision. Please for the love of god update this app Dollar Bank because it’s so bad that I might switch banks as a result of it.
