I was depositing my doge coins in this wallet for couples days, and one day my balance was zero, zero balance showing me all transactions! Incoherent transactions received, but a wallet empty. The worse answer! Looks like logical answer, but doesn’t not work, and you simple lost your Coins! I the Same user, same address but No coins!

I decided to try and cash out on all of my dogecoin today. I sent it to the correct address and copied everything correctly but it still says the transaction is in progress. I’ve basically just have a bunch of coins stuck in the middle because this app doesn’t work. If anyone is willing to help me with this it’d be appreciated, as the customer service site for this app is ugly and has no direct way to show me how to fix this. Thanks

1 my money is hold and frozen for 4 month and I still cannot withdraw my money. They ask you offer years before transactions even before you create an account. 2 how they steal your money? For they keep the private key. Remember if you cannot hold private key by yourself, the money is not yours 3 two of my friends’s money is stolen by using the app. Just google that , you could find many similar case

Downloaded app back on 2017, in December. Transferred dogecoin to the app. Went to transfer half of doge back to another wallet so I could use it..Freewallet shows it was sent successfully. However my other wallet says otherwise. Went to log in to send other half of doge to my other wallet, now password doesn’t work, and won’t let me reset password. All my dogecoin gone. No one responded on the support team. Thanks for the terrible service.
