Why does the free one work but not this one? I bought it to help with barking and it doesn't recognize it...and my dog responded to the free one but not this one? WTH???

I have tried this with 3 different dogs and they don't even look in my direction when using this whistle.

I have a German Shepard dog and it doesn't help. Do not buy this unless you have a small dog. Although it does have a lot if different sounds but it still doesn't work on big dogs
Its exepcting good for big and small dogs.

Yes my dog seemed stop bark and it rarely works. It needs update little again thanks!
