Doesn't effect my dog at all. Barelly effects my cats. Does however drive my gf insane. Didn't expect to be able to hear it, turned all the way up.

If there was ever an app that did not work at all this would be it. People writing good may be company employees. The reason I say that, this app should never get more than 1 star. Don't waste ur money.
