Don't bother.

So disappointed with this app. Does not connect, just spins and says "connecting to Annie's servers" and never shows me my dog. Waste of money.

It only works if your in the vicinity of the other device. The second I left it no longer worked, and if I close it and re-open, it says 'connecting to Annie server' and never works. I did all the trouble shooting options and reAched out to tech support. I bought the full version, because the reviews were good. I wish I saw honest reviews before wasting 9$.

This never works for me. It's extremely frustrating because when I'm home it works fine but as soon as I'm off wifi forget it. This app is junk - again- don't waste your money!!!
Non working app

I don't how how bad can it get for a non working app. It works works for couple of hours and connection will shut down. I bought the app to rely when nobody is home so I have peace of mind. It's not a usable and reliable app

When it works, it's great, however it seems kind of picky on when it actually wants to work. I leave and have everything set up then I can't see my dogs. It would be a great app if they would fix all the bugs and work out the kinks.

I love using this to watch my guinea pigs. It's kinda laggy and takes a long time to connect to the Annie servers, but other than that it's pretty alright alright aaaaallllriiiiiiiiiiight ??.

The whole point of this app for me was so that I'd be able to see my do and what she's doing when I'm not home. I did the trial and it was in and out but I figured ok I'll pay and maybe since I've now given them money it'll be even better. Wrong! I haven't been able to connect once since I paid. Can't see her, can't hear her, all I get is "dog is quiet" and that's it. I got better service during the trial! So, so, so disappointed in this waste of money.

I wanted to monitor my dog while she was at home, and not in the crate. I purchased the app. I accidentally took my iPad off line from my phone, but could not put it back online via my phone. I emailed support for help. They were not helpful. Told me to go to my phone click menu. The menu from the app, just wants to share or rate the app. Menu on my phone doesn't help either. I explained this, and asked them to be more specific, and they just stopped responding. There are other apps that are much cheaper. Use those!
