So many issues when not connected to WiFi. Connection and sound is constantly going out. Poor picture quality.

Honestly this app needs so much work. It looks appealing, but honestly it doesn’t work. The app is slow, and hasn’t been updated in forever. I have had several problems with the app not letting me hear sounds and the company will not respond. I’ve sent several emails and nothing back. So the app is around $5. Sounds good right? Well what’s frustrating is you have to pay another fee just to be able to look at the live feed when you are not home. So say I’m at target and I want to check on my dogs at home. Unless I pay that extra fee to stream off of a different network I can’t check on the dogs. So basically it’s a scam. They wrong respond, won’t update it. Please DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

$5,99 for subscribers this gets you monitoring with in SAME WIFI NETWORK!! Are you kidding. Extra $$$ to monitor via “cloud”.
Purchased cloud connection, app won’t work

After spending money purchasing the could connection service for this app, it still refuses to connect if I’m using different networks... tried to restore purchases several times and it still won’t work. Even when it was working the first day I downloaded, there were several glitches, like sending notifications too often, not being able to switch between front and rear camera.

bought this app to keep watch on our dog. if you want to use it from a different location (other than being in your own house), you have to buy an extra thing! and when i bought that, it didn’t even work! so frustrated that i paid for a subscription and it doesn’t even work properly.
