To ones who are looking at the reviews right after they got this app, there is some glitches, other wise l think you will be fine

I love the app but Disney snaps seems to have a bug because it closes the app every time I click on one of the themes. Can u please fix this? In more detail, I went into Disney Snaps and I clicked on one of the Disney shows. It started loading and then kicked me out of the app.

It is a waste of my Storage on my phone and iPad. They don’t have any tv providers I need I have a Samsung and they don’t even have.

This app is terrible. It literally takes forever to load, if it ever does, I usually have to stop it, close it out, and restart it multiple times, the screen that asks me to connect to my service provider so that we can access additional content never loads, it lands on a white page but never provides the sign in boxes, I don’t even really know what is in the app because I can never get it to work. This is literally the only app that I cannot get to work on my phone or my Kindle. I have a brand new XR and a one-year-old Kindle. This app should work. It sure is teaching my child a lesson in patience because it usually takes 15 to 20 minutes before we can ever get anything to happen, if anything ever happens. And yes before anyone asks, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it on both devices multiple times. I also had this problem on my iPhone 7. This app is just terrible.

Not very good as far as a streaming platform goes. When watching a show thats already on the app, you can’t scroll forward or backwards in the video, there is no 10 second skip back or forth buttons, it’s just generally a bad interface and it doesn’t allow you to go back or forth in a video. Needs work but the shows are fine.
