Terrible – DisneyNOW – Episodes & Live TV Review

This app is terrible. It literally takes forever to load, if it ever does, I usually have to stop it, close it out, and restart it multiple times, the screen that asks me to connect to my service provider so that we can access additional content never loads, it lands on a white page but never provides the sign in boxes, I don’t even really know what is in the app because I can never get it to work. This is literally the only app that I cannot get to work on my phone or my Kindle. I have a brand new XR and a one-year-old Kindle. This app should work. It sure is teaching my child a lesson in patience because it usually takes 15 to 20 minutes before we can ever get anything to happen, if anything ever happens. And yes before anyone asks, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it on both devices multiple times. I also had this problem on my iPhone 7. This app is just terrible.
