Keeps Crashing ???

My app keeps crashing! It’s been crashing for months now. I’ve tried uninstalling and everything. Please fix this issue!

Wish there was a queue

We love watching the short stories in our house, but it would be a lot easier if I could create a queue list and have a list of movies automatically play. Other than that, love the app.

I’m from Lebanon I installed it thinking it’s a great app I logged in it was loading and suddenly this sentence pops out (this app is not available for ur region) thank you Disney

Works well until we attempt to watch something. The app play about 3 seconds after you pause it and some times gives an error when you eventually get back to then place you were before you paused it. Not the best app when it come to dependability. Haven't made it through one move yet without something happening.

This was a terrible experience! Waste of money! I was wanting to watch Sofia The First and you said everything from Disney was on here, but clearly not. I’m really sad because now I don’t get to watch Sofia The First ???

Good content but the app is very buggy

The have a lot of great stuff in the app but the app itself has a lot of bugs. When the screen pops up that says new episode, I try to press it but it does nothing. While playing a video, you have to be careful where you touch or else it will exit out of the video even if you touched nowhere near the back button. The play button buffers. Not the video, but the button itself. There are times when I want to pause the video/movie and I can’t because I have to wait for the play button to buffers. Sometimes the app just crashes for almost no reason. I’ll be watching something like The Simpsons and the app will just crash. Don’t get me wrong, it is not a bad app, it just needs some major improvements. They do have a lot of stuff on there. I personally have watch led a lot of their classic movies and the Disney+ originals. I recommend The World According to Jeff Goldblum and High School Musical: The Musical - The Series (i am a big High School Musical fan). I think Disney just needs to make some much needed changes to the app and fix all of the current issues. Also, in my opinion, they should add some of the ABC shows like Once Upon a Time or Blackish or Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. They should also make certain shows like The Simpsons the original aspect ratio. With certain older shows and movies, you miss some key details showing it in a 16:9 aspect ratio rather a 4:3 aspect ratio.

Limited availability to countries

It makes me sad how this app is only available to certain countries. I live here in Qatar and I also want to have the opportunity to rewatch all the shows that made up my childhood. Hopefully you can add more countries.
