Decent app, security not so great

My issues with Disney+ was that my account got hacked, the password was changed and I changed it again after realizing it was hacked. However, THE EMAIL WAS CHANGED TOO! WITHOUT ME EVEN KNOWING! How that was possible, I don't know. After calling customer service and being on the phone the first time, we changed the email and password, only to find out by the first not helpful representative, that they don't give the option to sign everyone out even though you are the administrator of the account, so changing everything was pointless. He basically states that the people who hacked the account will still have access even though I changed all of the login information. I was ready to quit the whole Disney+ until I called customer service again the following day and spoke to Shay, her kindness and helpfulness convinced me to stay with Disney+. She revoked the account immediately and then helped me make a new account. One thing that should be added is better security. For someone to take over my account so easily and change the email and password was a horrible experience. Another thing that should be added is being able to log everyone out as an administrator of the account. The app is decent because of the shows it offers, I do not encounter any buffering and so on; however, the security and privacy isn't that great. .

Don’t get me wrong we all love Disney… I don’t know if this is just my iPad or if it’s Disney + but sometimes it just plays randomly like for instance when I’m not even on my iPad it will just play an episode I was watching it will also sometimes go to a different episode but other wise Disney + is really a great app to want haha Disney movies or tv shows that aren’t on Netflix or any tv app that you have.

Great app but loading and crashes

I love this app!! Best Disney idea ever BUT ever since day 1, the app on my iPhone won’t load and my internet connection is strong. Or it’ll just crash and close it out on its own and I have to go back into the app and find my show again. I’ve tried it on my Chromebook and it glitches and shuts down. And that’s with a strong connection. Please fix bugs. Or create separate networks for certain regions so an abundant amount of people world wide can be on at the same time. I watch it after work and at night and it keeps crashing but rarely crashes of I use it during my lunch break.

I hope in a couple months they are able to work out the streaming portion. I got it to stream series onto my chrome cast. It connects yes, but buffers, pauses, plays episodes at random. It will stop and appear to have finished the series after only a few hours of play over a couple days. When opening the series it doesn’t show what episodes have been watched and asks to start at the beginning. It will replay some episodes, then play more in a shuffle. My husband noticed the first day when watching Even Stevens, one episode Ren had no braces, both kids were older, the next Ren had her braces and they were younger. Also friends from different seasons shuffled around. It was obvious there was no rhyme or reason for the way things played. So if you want it for the movies on your tv, from an app that is on your tv, give it a shot. It’s just not ready for what I hoped for.

I totally love this app so much,but here’s just the thing I suggest guys to make a show for Woody’s Roundup.Okay moving on THIS APP IS AMAZING SOOO MANY PROFILE ICONS TO CHOOSE FROM,SO MANY MOVIES TOO WATCH.But the reason why I love this app IS BECAUSE I GET TOO WATCH MY FRICKING PHINEAS AND FERB!!Anyways this app is great!!Oh and by the way that’s smart to download movies/shows when your on the go!

Vertical viewing bug

When on a iPad and it switches from horizontal to vertical viewing and you go to change it back to horizontal it bugs and only shows a small portion back in horizontal .You can’t switch back to horizontal without trouble or the app kicking you off.Please fix this issue
