After I merge my two cards to one profile. I am not able to use passcode, touchid/faceid on my iphone

Just don’t like the overall look and setup of it. It’s fairly easy to use, no issue there.

Please setup app to use facial recognition for login. Amex and Chase both do. You are falling behind.
