No way to report failures?

If there’s a way to report URLs that never load, I haven’t found it. I spend most of my time rolling my eyes at another hung browser, switching to Disconnect to turn it off, switching back to the URL and now being able to load it. This doesn’t appear to be a latency issue: ExpressVPN loads these URLs, but Disconnect Premium never does. The in-app support has only two links: an FAQ, and rating the app. So here I am, rating the app.

Disconnect provides me with great privacy. The app is proven to block different types of trackers when browsing the web. The app also helps my devices’ battery life. I recommend the app if you want to keep folks from tracking you. I want the app to start showing me which apps on my device are sending and receiving trackers, that way I can delete them or stop using them as much.

This vpn is more of a hassle than it’s worth. The ability to block trackers and ads is a great addition to an otherwise fine VPN. However, the app lacks the ability to whitelist domains that are required for an app or website to work. There are a number of apps on my phone that won’t load at all with this VPN turned on. So it’s a hassle turning it off every time I want to use one of those apps and turning it back on after I’ve finished.

A soon as I updated to ios12, opening the app gives me a white screen, can’t adjust anything. (iPhone SE) Says it’s working in VPN settings but who knows? I try to turn it off in settings and it turns right back on. I purchased a “lifetime” sub from these dev’s and it seems like they’ve already moved on to disconnect PRO... ?????

I really appreciate the ability to just block trackers or use an encrypted vpn. Most of the time I am on a secure network and I just need the blocking and not have the issues associated with an encrypted VPN. This really works as a blocker! I have only just started using it but had no issues starting or using the app. Love it!
