FANTASTIC PROGRAM

GizzyRose

60 Minutes did and entire segment on Disconnect.me and I was SO impressed! If you don't want Malware on your computer, get this App! There are so many perks to it. Be sure to check out ALL the benefits available. You'll be surprised at all the juicy details. Best of all, the price is phenomenal.

Excellent service but has become slow

Jeff Ober

I love the combination of protection features, but it's become very slow. They need to add to their infrastructure in the U.S. Perhaps add an AWS Midwest entry point?

I Want To

I want to like this more than I actually do. It's great, but seriously slows downloads and general surfing. Often, it takes so long that I either give up and put my device away or temporarily delete the app. Admittedly, I'm not the techyist of users and I'm still unclear about some features (if I have Premium, do I need to search only from the Disconnect app to be secure?). More accessible (to us non-silicon valley-types) information and trouble shooting would be appreciated.

Don't Confuse Their Apps! This is the One!

First i got Malvertising for free. Then it offered additional protection for $5 so i got that. Then i purchased Privacy Pro (for $40!) thinking it was the newest, latest, and best protection, which i later found out isn't because this one, Premium, is! Getting a refund isn't guaranteed so be 100% sure before purchasing. The Privacy Pro is a gimmick since i had to not just turn it off but uninstall it because it slows down my speed, can't play games with it on, disrupts Red Onion performance,...i also couldn't return to using Malvertising which i never had problems with. Because it doesn't work anymore and they said they're working on it. So the only situation where it could be beneficial is if I'm using someone else's wi-fi which is rare for me. So is Disconnect gonna create another app or improvement in the future we'll have to give them more $ on? Why can't we just get grandfathered in or have this for free? Wickr & Red Onion private messaging apps are free.

Slows things down

John Markos O'Neill

As others have pointed out, this app really slows things down. At one point, I thought there was a problem with my ISP, but it turned out everything was snappy if I turned off Disconnect. I only use it when I don't trust the sites I'm visiting.

Free But Bad

Trial 1 Month After that I a Paid Money for $5 Well They Lie... They Said $5 but it was $40. They Can Not Do This! If you only had $5 You Would Be In trouble!!!

NOT FREE

Thunder0ne

After install you are forced to pay for a protection plan. Go download Refine and another VPN app, FOR FREE. Can't believe this company would offer free protection at first and then charge their users later. UTTERLY USELESS.

Not free.

Ethan m(goleta Cali)

They give you a free app and then once you install it, you have to pay at least 5 dollars a month for it to work. There is no "basic" option either.

Queen of the forest

It says it's a free app. Wrong. You can't even get past the first page without a fee. False advertising. Come on folks. If you want to charge a fee, be upfront. We would respect you more?

Great Service, buggy version of app

Pablo G-S

I love the devise-wide protection Disconnect provides me, and I assure you it works. The problem is this latest version is more buggy and unstable than the previous one. The "Protected/Not Protected" graphics don't update correctly, and it disconnects very often (requiring to go into the app and switching the protection off and on again to work). The list of trackers blocked is nice, but I'd prefer stability over all the bells and whistles. Hopefully this app will be back in top form before long. Also, always wondered if it should read "visualize trackers" instead of "visalize trackers" on the main page of the app.
