I recently had trouble with my app (crashing, losing extra bees), and tech support was extremely helpful! I still love this game even after playing it for 5 years!!

FIX TOURNAMENT TUTORIAL GLITCH!

Do not update if you want to play tournaments, new update causes the tutorial to play every time you go into the tournament screen and will not allow you to switch between the two active tournaments

Tournament tickets perpetually loading

Love this app, but lately tournament tickets refuse to appear, they are always loading and never come up. Need an update, please!

SO many issues, no one cares. The game crashes constantly, incorrect # of tickets are credited, delete/reboot - nothing changes, ever. Contact support, nothing changes, ever. Hellooooooooooooooo, is there anybody in there?

Can’t buy my way to next level

Every time I try to pay my .99 to get to the next level I get an error message that says cant connect to app. Well. Here I am writing this review on apps so??? Other than this I give this game 5 stars. That was 2 days ago. I wrote to support and got an answer this morning and the level was unlocked. Amazing support that was personal and quick. Thanks Disco Bees

I have reported the tournament tutorial issue several time as well as the issue with not being able to buy the next level. THEY ACT LIKE ITS THE FIRST TIME THEY HEARD OF SUCJ ISSUES. They keep telling me to reboot or that I don’t have enough memory. So friggin annoying! Please fix these issues.

Lose history, money money money!

I seriously like this game but you will see other reviews that name it... money to play, unable to win to move up levels it will make you buy your way through! Then it will crash and “ unable to connect to App Store” comes up... only way to play is to lose any money credits and your entire history. Back to the unchallenging beginning with no way to move on without playing and buying AGAIN! I will find a different pass-time game.

I love playing but it has a tendency to get hung up saying that you are not connected to Facebook or to the App Store and you cannot purchase extra moves if you want to. That is good since I don’t spend money on this game but I do end up for long periods of time on one game and become easily frustrated with it and quit playing it for a while. Otherwise I really do love this game.
