PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!!!!!

It has not been working properly for months and nothing has been done. Agree with badtotheb1, this used to be my favorite game until it started acting up. I rated it 5 stars before, but dropped it to a 1, it’s very frustrating because I, too, have sunk $$$ in it in the past. If you no longer update this game at least let those of us who have supported you in the past know about it so we can delete the game. Please respond.

1. I’ve gotten the tournament tutorial every time I open the tournament (and sometimes when I open the app). EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have to tap through all the steps of the tutorial just to get back to a tournament. 2. Won’t connect to the apple store so can’t spend the 99 cents to unlock the next hive. 3. All of my super bees I had saved up (well over 200) have vanished. 4. Crashes all the time. ALL THE TIME. Going to delete until the creators get something out that’s functional.

I like the game, but periodic glitches earn it a lower rating. I can’t connect with the App Store to buy more tickets, helps or anything. No, this problem isn’t occurring in my other game apps. No, turning my tablet off and on again doesn’t help either. Their loss, they are losing revenue from me.

I really like the disco bees the way it used to be. I do NOT like how it is a tournament and you have to go through so many screens to get to the game. I am also playing the one that costs three tickets but cannot get back to it because of the other tournament and when I go through all the screens I still cannot get to the one I am playing. Whoever changed it made a big mistake. It needs some work

I have played for years and this game is totally addictive. Having said that. Tech support is nonexistent. They are not concerned with game maintenance. If there’s a billing problem they blame the App Store. Customer Service??? I think they pay them to be rude and ineffective. They refuse to help correct an App Store access problem I have (apparently they only want to fraudulently take my money). Bottom line. Great game concept, no updates or maintenance and zero customer service.

I don’t know what is going on with this app or app developer but they need to fix this app. First, I can’t connect to App Store message on both my iPad and iPhone but it still charges me if I try to buy in-app purchases - then I never receive them. Which, basically, is stealing! Second, it shows the tournament tutorial repeatedly for now reason. Finally, now it crashes all the time. Two emails to the developer and nothing but an auto-response. This is such a fun little app. I hope they get their acts together soon!
