I love this game but lately it seem to shut down before I get to play but right after I watch a video, stealing a tournament ticket or a life!!

I love playing this game. It offers a challenge because it gives options to move on to the next world, including getting three stars on the previous worlds.

Receive error message when I purchase extra tickets

Every time I purchase the extra tickets I receive a error message unable to connect to the App Store. I get charged for my tickets but they do nothing t load. I have emailed support several times but they do not answer
