Say no to the update

Same as the other reviews. I've been trying for 2 days to restore my purchases through iTunes with no luck. When the app says it will take awhile, they aren't kidding. In response to developer. I purchased my subscription through iTunes. It is set to renew on May 8th. When I click on any issue, I am given the option to Purchase or Preview. When I select Purchase, I am prompted to pay for the issue so I tap Cancel when asked for my password. I have tried multiple times to restore my subscription through iTunes with no luck. I've also deleted the app and reinstalled at least twice and have done a power reset. Still no luck. Therefore, I am unable to download any issue without being prompted to pay.

It will not restore in app purchases and doesn't recognize iTunes subscriptions. You also can't contact Dirt Rag or the app developer about this problem. I received an email from the developer asking to describe my problem to a link, the link just takes you to their website. Navigating that website is as easy as restoring my magazine subscription. Both thumbs down. I've had a subscription for 2 years and I've got to cancel now that I can't access the issues. Horrible app support.

Same as all the other reviewers, I have a subscription through iTunes and it won't restore. Instead of giving the same canned response offering to help, how about fixing the problem that everyone seems to have. Surely you must be able to replicate it by now...

I can't access my purchases.

Ever since the app updated, I can't get access to any of my old or new purchases. Customer service was contacted and I was given a stupid response to please enter my correct email and password. What do they think I've been doing? How am I writing this review? I'm upset and canceling my Dirt Rag subscription.

Will not restore issues.

Just like everyone else. I cannot restore issues and get new issues. When can we expect a fix?

Same as everyone else: I cannot access my subscription, or any of the previous issues I purchased. To make this even more irritating, the customer support response I received was straight Pollyanna: "We've fixed it, try it now!" Except it doesn't work, ever. You can see they copied and pasted the exact same response to everyone on this page. I suspect this is a group in another hemisphere perpetually kicking the can to the next shift. Stop telling us you've fixed it...stop telling us you want to fix it...JUST FIX IT.

Great magazine, but have been trying to get the iTunes app to work for the last month or so. Tech support suggestions have not worked.

Terrible. I essentially gave Dirt Rag a donation for NOTHING. Sent emails- radio silence. Next step seeing if Apple can refund my money. Ridiculous.

Can't Access Magazine... Horrible!

The app is buggy at best. I've tried everything and as everyone else mentions the app won't "restore" your iTunes purchases. I have no idea why I need to restore anything to begin with? I'm cancelling my subscription. I won't support mediocracy. Too many other bicycle magazines that work well. Ugh.

Horrible update that just does not work! Lol - Even the "copy-paste" reply on these reviews has the same typo "you" instead of "your". This is not how to conduct customer service!
