The app doesn't accept my username and password, while the website does. I was really looking forward to being able to use this for convenience purposes, as it seems more time-consuming to log in on the website. However, until this issue is resolved, I have no choice but to use the site. ??

Power To Go Customer

The app appeared to be working great at first, but once I tried to manage my alerts it kicked me out. I tried again thinking maybe it was a fluke. It wasn't. It kicked me out again. Definitely has some areas that need to be fixed.
