This app is literally trash can’t do anything it looks like a 5 year old designe this and the other direct energy app is totally down I don’t understand how a company this big is doing changes with out having something good a solid design website ore app

I can’t use my old CPL prepaid app since it directs me to this one. It will get to step 2 then cancels out. Never been able to log in.

Worked well at first. Now it won’t let me login. I have emailed my concern with no fix. I have called in my concern with no fix. Can’t even pay online many times. Shopping for new electricity provider.

This app deserves NO stars. Despite typing the correct login ID and password, it continually says: “There’s a problem verifying your username/password”. I’ve reset my password and it still refuses to log me in. Useless app.
