Can Not Cancel Voice Mail – Dingtone: Phone Calls + Texts Review

I subscribed for voice mail that costs 100 credit per year and after a year of usage I decided to stop it and now there is no option to cancel and they are going to deduct 100 credit automatically. I contacted them through both website and app and it is around 2 months and no one responded.
