Can’t sign in

No matter what I do, I can’t sign in. I can sign in online, but not the app. I even tried to make a new password but even that didn’t work.

So I’ve been trying to make purchases for Christmas and every time I use the app it closes out before load. While in use it overheats my phone and continuously lags. It doesn’t process my orders, very frustrating

This has become the worst app I have used in a long time, maybe ever. The lag, inability to actually view items, etc., have made this app basically impossible to use. I’ve given up trying until they fix it. I’ll just take my business to other retailers.

No matter how many times I change my password the website claims it to be incorrect. I’ve done it 12 times so far without success. When I attempt to send this response every I’d I input website says it’s used.

Tried to get some new releases was first in line and it pulled them out of my cart last minute 3 times when still available, 4th time they were sold out. Worthless app
Can’t use scorecard credit card

App won’t allow me to use my dicks store credit card. My card doesn’t have an expiration date and I can’t get past the payment info page because of this. I can order on the website without it just fine but I have to go to the website to do so so why even have the app then? The app also hasn’t tracked my steps with my Fitbit ever and their linked yet nothing happens. App is completely useless Update: they’ve heard my cries! They updated the app to now be able to use my store credit card!!! Now if they can just get the app to talk to my Fitbit like it’s supposed to so I get my rewards…..
