Very nice app but doesn’t let you pay with your Dicks credit card due to having to enter expiration dates.

Was trying to look at trail cameras on the app like you can on any sporting goods website or app and wasn’t able too. I was able to click on the hunting section but it wouldn’t let me look at anything but every other category worked fine. Tried contacting customer support through the text feature and they just didn’t answer. It said I was connected and that they were waiting but no response when I sent a message. This company got the first part of their name right but needs to take the sporting goods out of their name because they are just a glorified clothing store that sells some high school sports equipment at this point.

I have been unable to login to the app after the recent updates. I called the number tied to the app support link in the App Store, but that only connected me with a non-technical support person. They tried to suggest 1 or 2 things but nothing worked. When I asked to talk to a technical person, they indicated their was no way to do that.

Works I try to shop for hunting equipment it redirects me and says “it couldn’t find what you were looking for. Shop by category.” Okay, got it. When you try to shop by category it still does the same thing. My app is not set up for a specific store so essentially it’s telling me that no dicks sporting goods has hunting equipment. Not a terribly big issue I know, but when you know they have the items in stores and the app tells you different it’s a bit of an annoyance.

Until the last two updates of this app it has been great. Now it’s simply unusable! I’ve done everything I can to make it work and every time I re-install it, open it and search for a product my phone starts to heat up and battery starts to drain at a ridiculous rate and the app is locked up! If the suggestion is for me to go buy a newer iPhone (using an iPhone 6) keep it. I’ll just delete the app!
Lost gift card

The previous version of the app allowed you to add your physical card balance and use the card balance at a store using a bar code in the app. In the latest version, all gift card functionality disappeared. Since I can’t access my balance and no longer have the physical cards, I’ve lost all that money. It was a terrible move by the company to eliminate this function!

Great app but recently it’s starting to load slow on everything?? Can that be fixed soon?

everytime i open the app and try to tap on something or type it goes incredibly slow, i’ve tried everything from deleting & redownloading to entirely restarting my phone but nothing helps
New update is buggy
New updated app unusable
New version is unusable. The scrolling freezes and it takes few seconds to switch to load each tab like shop, Account and Move. Is the app even tested once before launch? iPhone 11 iOS 14.4.1

Not sure what changed, but the app is terribly slow and the search function is slow and limited. Please fix the issues with your servers.
