Sunday Oct. 6, 2019, 1:00am pst, I lost 3 boosters and 9 gold bars. I played level 380. Used 3 boosters, then payed 9 gold bars for the last move I needed. I won!! Finally.... But NO. The game closed. Did not recorded the win. But kept my boosters and gold bars. Played again and won. Moved to another location. Won the first level.... But NO. The game closed again!! Did not record that win. Now I am stuck there. FIX THE GAME. Ridiculous ?

My husband and I are lovin this game...1 issue...I went from getting the trophies for beating levels then u updated it and my trophies are no longer there. My husband has a Samsung and still has his trophies I have an iPhone and I do not. U see we compete against each other to see who can get to the furthest level 1st...he's now kicking my butt Because he has trophies and I do not! BRING BACK THE TROPHIES FOR IPHONE USERS PLS!! Other then that we love this game!

Game keeps crashing!!!

The game crashes every time I’m playing, esp after I have passed a level and when I run out of moves. I have deleted the app 2-3 times along with restarting my iPad n then installing the game again, even after Apple updates, but nothing has helped with the game crashing!!! HELP PLZ!!!

It is an addicting game, fun to play, but then you realize how much money you had to put into the game to get more gold. It’s ridiculous. I know I have at least put $100.00 into the game for buying gold in order to play it. I’m sorry, but living on a fixed income, I cannot afford it anymore.

Fun game but I'm disappointed. New levels were released every 2 weeks and I'd play to the end between releases. It's been 6 or 8 weeks and NOTHING but a tease of we are making level 1000 with your help and a survey, that was 2 or 3 weeks ago. Free lives for "resting" because you are at the end of the game is disappointing and frustrating waiting for new levels for so long. Giving them a few more days before I uninstall.

My diamonds keep disappearing

I like this game. I’ve got two complaints however. First, they have the button to keep playing in the same place where you continue, and I’ve lost a lot of gold bars that way on levels I wasn’t even close to winning. Second, the diamonds I’ve earned keep disappearing. I’ll have 200 diamonds at the end of one level, then when I finish the next one, I’ll be at 192. This happens with almost every level, making it close to impossible to get to the next jewelry piece. It wouldn’t be so bad, except I’ve paid a bit of money playing this game. I feel like they shouldn’t do this to players that are actually funding the game. I think I’d have about 200 more pieces than I do if they’d stop stealing my diamonds!

Won’t load and crashes! Fix!

This is one of my favorite games but it will not load. If it does load then it crashes almost immediately! Can’t play!

They are not working on this crash. King is stealing money along with not fixing this simple issue !!! I haven’t played the game in 5 months due to the crash on the IPhone . Reinstalling the game will allow you to play it till you quit. But then you can’t play the game again . If you are using an iPhone try to start the game on an Android device and play a level . Then come back to the iPhone and see if it crashes again . HELLO KING !!
