Game freezes on opening saying waiting for rivals turn. Collect green charms. Haven’t played in over a month because can’t bypass this screen. 2 stars because I can’t play

The new update you did cause me to lose all my levels. I have been playing this game for quite a while. I went to play today and it started at the beginning. I’m not happy s out that. I spent quite a bit of money now it’s all gone. I saved it in Facebook but can’t find where I saved it. Can you help? Sunny Shine

Use to enjoy

I used to love this game until today . Opened the game this morning to find i had to accept your new privacy policy before I could play. Once I accepted & the game opened all my completed levels were gone. It made me start at level one. When I quit playing yesterday I was at level 478. It took me months to get to that level as I work more than 40 hours a week & cannot play all the time . Not sure I will ever play any KING game again. Shame on you!

Impossible to play without paying for boosts

I initially loved this game. However I’ve gotten to a point where every level is so difficult that the only way I can get through them is by buying gold bars for boosts. Spent $15 which got me through an hour of play. It’s no longer fun.

Not getting my gold bars

I have gotten the 600 point necklace and the 200 point necklace and I haven’t gotten my gold bars. Every time I win the necklace, the game freezes. Once I reopen the game, I don’t get my gold. Update 1/9/20- still not getting my gold bars after the update. I have won necklaces at least 5 times and haven’t gotten any gold bars. Fix this!!!

Fun game but it’s been freezing and I can’t save my game using my email and Facebook my game was deleted when I tried saving it now I have to start over after 2 years playing if they can help restore my game I’m deleting the game loss of money !!!!!!and time playing ???

I have been playing this for over a year. I was in the 800 levels, login just now, I’m at level1!!

This game used to be good

Beyond frustrated that for the 2nd time in a few months when an update was installed all my progress was lost and I’m sent back to level 1. The first time I just worked my way back through the levels, but I’m done this time. No other game has this problem... too bad because this game was fun, but it’s not worth the aggravation.

I love this game but every time I claim my reward I don’t get my bars. I work hard to complete my levels and the game has been cheating me out of my bars for 3 months now.

Fun until it locked up on me

Level 124 I believe locked up on me and has been that way for close to 24 hours. Other lockup’s were momentarily resolved.
