Watch Video Feature Not Working

Will update review once issues are fixed. I play this game all the time. I enjoy it. However, after the latest update, the Watch Video feature isn’t working. I watch the video for double XP or free spin and it kicks me back to watch the video again and again with the reward. Please fix ASAP.

The screen is way too small. I can barely see the blocks in order to play properly I’m actually starting to loose interest in playing because of it and I have been playing this game for years!!

I I’m back for another complaint. I enjoy this game but just today told I was 1st for the week. When finally obtaining my goodies for the week, you did not give me the 1st place royalties. Instead I received a part of 2d wins but not all of them. Received black hole instead of cubes. My gold bars were correct for 2d place. You need to do better than this. 1st, 2d whatever. I can add. If you can’t, you need to get you a calculator. Please correct OR you have just lost a customer. This is a hoax. 2-9-19. played this game a long TIME. I like the special offers but “If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.” Just lost $5.99 on a GOOD OFFER, I THOUGHT. Went thru the effort of obtaining the deal and it said ACCEPTED. I switched to another field. Turned computer off and turned it back on shortly. It stated that it was NOT ACCEPTED. LOOKED TO SEE IF MY MONEY WAS STILL THERE AND guess What, MONEY WAS GONE. it did not give me the coins, etc. for which I paid either BAD DEAL. I AM THE LOSER. I am a retired individual and would like very much to be compensated for what I paid OR My Money Refunded Will be reluctant to deposit any more money to play this game. There are other GOOD games. Good-bye Diamond Dash. You are a CHEATER.

This is note the first time this has happened I was playing the game and the screen went black. I don’t know what to do I don’t want to reinstall I did that to another game I had been playing for a longtime lost everything had to start over. I enjoy this game.

I have log in on Facebook but can not get back in team. I have tried everything except uninstall. If I uninstall will I lose all I have? If so will you replace it?

I love this game and play it daily. But why do you have the wheel on the wheel spin. I spin and landed on the wheel 3 times????? Why? it has no point to this? Thank you for a fun game

Not fun anymore

This was a fun game until this week. In the middle of the team challenge, I’m suddenly locked out until I sign in with Face book AND PROVIDE MY FRIENDS LIST!! I didn’t like it, but I did it. Guess what.!still locked out of team challenge. After logging in with Facebook the app says OOPS! That offer is no longer available. Without the team challenge, this game isn’t worth playing.

I reviewed this game YEARS ago, and it was full of bugs then, too many to count, so I stopped playing. The app has fallen even further since then, and is basically unusable. It was one of the first games I ever downloaded, and I deleted it off today as it’s basically STILL super buggy and basically un-playable!
