Customer Service – Diamond Dash: Gem Puzzle Game Review

I I’m back for another complaint. I enjoy this game but just today told I was 1st for the week. When finally obtaining my goodies for the week, you did not give me the 1st place royalties. Instead I received a part of 2d wins but not all of them. Received black hole instead of cubes. My gold bars were correct for 2d place. You need to do better than this. 1st, 2d whatever. I can add. If you can’t, you need to get you a calculator. Please correct OR you have just lost a customer. This is a hoax. 2-9-19. played this game a long TIME. I like the special offers but “If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.” Just lost $5.99 on a GOOD OFFER, I THOUGHT. Went thru the effort of obtaining the deal and it said ACCEPTED. I switched to another field. Turned computer off and turned it back on shortly. It stated that it was NOT ACCEPTED. LOOKED TO SEE IF MY MONEY WAS STILL THERE AND guess What, MONEY WAS GONE. it did not give me the coins, etc. for which I paid either BAD DEAL. I AM THE LOSER. I am a retired individual and would like very much to be compensated for what I paid OR My Money Refunded Will be reluctant to deposit any more money to play this game. There are other GOOD games. Good-bye Diamond Dash. You are a CHEATER.
