I have this app in my Android and apple phones Often / All the time im facing voice breaking and noisy call issues in Apple while it works good in Android Please fix it

Not even app, not working even when you try to call through local numbers Customer service also not great, they respond immediately, but they don’t have enough knowledge, sometimes call connect and that too some numbers. I had hard time connect to my parents numbers, I switch to another india calling apps and was able to calm them. Customer service was saying it was problem with my parents service, how can I call them through another calling apps if it is their problem.

Calling through contacts doesnt work

Calling a number stored in contact never works it just crashes the app. So you have to dial all numbers manually.
