I was never disappointed with any app till now but this one is just crap, the app crashes when I dial from contacts inside the app. The review system doesn't allow me to select 0 stars.

Please improve the UI quality. When phone put on speaker mode the icon doesn't give clear indication. The entire UI is extremely ugly looking. Very poor implementation. App works good. If the app UI is improved I can give five stars.
