Fun game, been playing for a few years and have kind of stalled out. It would be great if you could control what personnel were assigned to which vehicle and also if calls were toned out specific to what types of units are available to the area, that way I could run two separate cities that have different resources. Being able to assign personnel to different units/stations could affect how long it takes that unit to clear the scene.

Game is constantly down and they refuse to compensate for the season pass even when they game is down for most of the month their customer service is horrible they false advertise constantly and do not give you everything you pay for I do not recommend this game

Just go play mission chief it’s way better, bigger fan base and has more content. This is a knock off of that game
Vehicle breakdown broke the game

I think the most recent update may have broken the game. The new vehicle breakdown feature sounds like a great idea but there is no rhyme or reason to which ones break down. You would think it would be vehicles with high mileage but nope it was not. A lot of the other missions it only starts introducing those vehicles to be required to missions when you have at least one but not this update. Played it for 5 minutes and now have 4 vehicles out of commission and no way to fix them. If this got fixed it would make this game good again for those lazy days when you just want to waste time and play a game

Please allow us to change our name, I’m still using the username I was given when I started the game. I didn’t realize I could change it at first. And apparently you can’t change change it once you’ve started.
Custom response radius

It would be nice to have a custom response radius to mimic your hometowns response area and number of stations
Vehicle Breakdowns

This game was good before the vehicle breakdowns but now it’s just annoying when a vehicle breaks down every five minutes.
