Just doesn’t work

I reset the game 5 times. Each time I place a police station and then there’s no prompt. Also I don’t think whoever made this game speaks English very well because the tutorial doesn’t make sense and uses words that don’t quite fit. Not a big deal. However it is a big deal that the game doesn’t work.

I have had the game for about two years. Most of the time, the game is very realistic. One thing I have to say is I spent 8 dollars to buy some money and I haven’t gotten the in game money. So I’m pretty upset about that, but the game is great anyway. The timing on the fire trucks and any unit responding to a call is very slow.

Bought a some Notes and never received them is there a app number or email That I can get ahold of someone to fix that problem because it’s there taking money from people and not giving the product or service.

Truly great game! The new update allows people to have more missions, but if you want more, close and re-open the application for a new mission. Overall really grreat game!

Absolutely love this game!! Very addictive and fun. I use to play it all the time. Just recently started playing again. I accidentally reset everything though and lost every. Really wish there was a way to get it all back. Especially seeing as I paid for some stuff.

I randomly came across this while on social media and I am so glad I did!!!! Anyone who is a fan of the simulation and/or micro-management genre games should definitely give Dial-911 a try. I’m completely satisfied with this game and I am really surprised that it was free!

I sent many emails reporting how there are people bullying others, I wouldn’t recommend this to little kids who can read! I also sent 4 emails and not one reply! Yes it’s fun but the dev has to read emails!

Awesome Game! Could Be Better!

Love the game I think it’s great! However, it could be better! 1- Make jurisdictional outlines when making new agencies outside of the initially selected town/area. This could be accomplished by selecting towns in which the agency gets dispatched to or physically drawing a line to mark the points. I often only get calls in a very close proximity of the new agencies I build when the coverage area IRL is huge compared. 2- Posting assignments. Make it able for units to go to a specific point instead of coming out of the station every time. 3- I know being in New Jersey makes this one unique but give the option for Advanced Life Support/ Mobile Intensive Care Units to be a separate vehicle responding because the ambulances in New Jersey are BLS only and some calls require a high level of care. Overall very entertaining game! Highly Recommend!

I absolutely love this game so far, but I think it could be improved in a few ways. Would it be possible to add 2 types of vehicles to the fire department. 1. A rescue pumper (every company near me has at least one) 2. A mini pumper (what we use as a brush truck, it’s basically a pickup truck with small fire fighting capabilities with its on board pump and reel line. I also think that one improvement would be to generate call locations better. Just yesterday I was getting call outs for chimney fires and grease fires on a highway. I also would like to say that based off of the picture representations that rescue trucks generally are not hatchback cars. But you have made a great game and I can not wait to see how it keeps improving
