I cannot get back on my PROFILE!

My profile name is TheFreakMunsterArt and it will not allow me to log in it logged me out by itself and I’ve tried to verify it, three days ago! and it’s very frustrating also this has made me very disappointed because I post all of my portfolio pictures on that and I do not want to make another profile! Please help me get my password to the profile so I may continue my postings
App still buggy ?

When I see some cool pictures and I click on it it loads and loads and loads until I give up on it. I thought maybe to restart the app but is not that, when I try to click on the pictures they do the same thing of loading. It’s sad how there’s less stories on the app while in the websites there’s more?. There’s a lot of bugs in this app, still I just hope in the future that the creators of the app will fix the app to make it fun for everyone and easier too!

I would like to be able to download the deviantART app for iOS but it's being a pain and it's compatible with iOS 8 and up!

It’s hard to give an app a good score when I cannot even view the correct art piece when I click on it. On the main screen when browsing art pieces I find if I click a thumbnail an entirely different art piece will come up, forcing me to scroll till I find the one I originally wanted to view. This doesn’t seem acceptable and should be fixed.
The Website is Better Than The App

I don't know if you realize this but the website is much better than the app itself. The website's design is more vibrant, includes more features (i.e. adding fun facts like your favorite movie), and is overall more organized. The app on the other hand, is dull. You also get more results for searches on the website than you do for the app. The last thing is that every time I change me profile specialty to varied, it glitches and switches to other.
Loads wrong image!

On the undiscovered page, I’ll see some art I want to inspect but when I tap on it the app loads a totally different picture from a few lines up. This happens on my iPhone 8 Plus and my first gen iPad Pro. It totally kills the experience.

Will the app developers at DeviantArt please fix the app? 3/4 of the time you can’t view other people’s artwork in the app. It just fails to load or it pulls the wrong image/artwork and this gets really frustrating. UPDATE: they fixed the for mentioned issues but now iOS 11.2 has created new issues with the app? When you select someone’s artwork it just comes up blank. Apple really has screwed up this time again.

Ok I here I was happy that I finally got a DA and the app doesn’t even work! I verified my account, got to doing some things, turned the app off for about a minute, and I come back to find my account logged out when actually it was logged in. I tried multiple times to get back into my account and finally it realized that I was logged in already and took me to my profile. Then I tried to post a journal about the weird things happening to me and when I went to submit it, it said that my account wasn’t verified even though I have already verified it. After many failed attempts to reverify my account, I deleted the app and downloaded it again and now it won’t let me back into account even if my username and password is correct. Its frustrated me to the point where I started to cry because I can’t get back into my account. DON’T LEAVE YOUR APP IN THE DUST!! Fix it please! It’s been a year since you last updated it and you need to update it so myself and other people don’t have problems.
