I’ve been playing this game for almost 6 years. The game hasn’t loaded in over a month. I keep sending reviews about it but no one fixes the problem

Don’t get me wrong, this is a great game. I loved and known it for a while and is a funny little thing for me to do when I’m bored. But I haven’t been able to play it for the past month due to the “Our Game Servers are Experiencing Heavy Loads, come back later” message. I loved this game, but I am deleting because I am unable to play it. Very disappointing.

This game is the baddddeeeesssttt game in my whole life??? If it didnt want us to pay for the things & the game was 3D it was much more better? If it looked like (Home Design 3D). It was the best game but it is soooooo much different with it so I didnt like it

This is a great game, I had it on my Amazon fire tablet. However on my iPhone it won’t work. It just keeps saying “Our server is too overloaded for this game to work right now. Try again later.” Very disappointed, because I love this game, but it just won’t work on my iPhone
Fun but glitch with system taking money...no customer service response

The game is fun. But I spent money and when purchased something it took 60,000 dollars and didn’t give me what I purchased. If I hear back from sending and email I’ll update my rating to 5. I enjoy the game but spending money and losing it, not fun. I have gone down to 2 stars, I have contacted them 4 times about the money glitch and never received one response. The game is fun but all to often you purchase something, pay for it and it goes away. Customer service does not seem to exist.
