Stopped working and just crashes

OK my app on my iPhone and iPad all of a sudden stopped working we go to click the icon and it just crashes anybody have any ideas why

This app worked great until the last update. After it stopped recognizing the receiver, even after manually entering the IP address.

Why is it I pay good money for a nice receiver and the app stinks! I love my Denon products, come on folks make a quality app!!!

In this day and age when companies are handing more control over to users, it amazes me that a company of Denon's caliber will push such a mediocre app to their customers.

This is frustrating that nothing is syncing with my Denon.

Nothing to rave about but does its job. To people having issues with it not finding reciever, i had same issue in beginning. After hair pulling experience with hard wiring to router not fixing, finally solved with ip reservation. For some reason denon renews ips even on new models causing apps or ios not to see it. Make sure your reciever is hardwired and a designated ip through your router.

I find this app to be usable for my basic needs. I don't ask a lot of it, which seems to be a good thing. But it frequently won't connect to my receiver, no idea why this happens. Periodically the app won't even open, I run it on both an iPad and an iPhone and have same problem.
