So let me get this straight: I paid for this app AND I have to pay a monthly fee? And all it does is track packages? At least if offers an iOS 14 widget, right? Nope. Looks like I’ll be deleting this app and downloading one of the many, many competitors.
Poor Implementation & Defects, Now Bait and Switched!

Current version has a bug with tracking FedEx where it’s not pulling the tracking info properly in chronological order. App who’s latest as “Shipment Info Sent” when the website clearly shows “Picked Up” as newest update. The app even shows the same thing, but in a different order. However you’re pulling that data and the app is seeing it is botched. Fix it! Ironic that you’re now charging for this kind of buggy junk! Way to bait and switch your customers who’ve previously had this app. It’s like developers have lost all dignity. Not only does your app have problems which you’re not resolving but now you’re going to charge for functions a previous (purchasing customer) already bought. What is your justification for this new direction?... COVID? ?? You sold an app at one point and people bought into it. Changing it up now just shows you couldn’t care less about the money you already made, you want to make more and at any cost. I could understand charging for your storage, but when I literally don’t use ANY of your Junecloud junk, I should be asked to pay for an app I already purchased in the past!!! Your app can’t even do proper push notifications and info refreshes without the app fully running! Lame development decision for all your past users. I hope your reputation goes down the toilet. The app will not update Today Screen Widget data unless you keep the app running in the background. If the app is closed from the background, there is no notifications and no updates. How lame is that? No Push Notification of delivery, nothing. Other apps push notification don't require this, so neither should this one. Without push updates as status changes for packages, the app is pretty useless. I could just as easily leave a browser tab open to the tracking screen for a respective package and just refresh it to check status update. That’s basically what this app is anyway the way it functions now. If you edit the title of an older Archived shipment, that shipment is brought up to the top of the archive list, even though you have Settings set to display based on Delivered Date. Fix this defect. Needs camera OCR for scanning in tracking numbers from text similar to how Apple does with iTunes gift cards, etc. And when I say this, I mean OCR of tracking number text, NOT barcode scanning. I can't scan a barcode that I don't have because I'm the receiver and not the sender. Fix these issues!!!

i want to say this app is wonderful. it’s super easy to use and i love the design. however i’m saddened that what i once purchased, will no longer be available to me at the same capacity come 2021 — when the plan switches to a subscription model. while only $5 a year, this giant push to continual never ending charges is forcing me to rethink a lot of my favorite brands/apps/etc. instead, i’d be much happier if i had an option for one-time payments for individual features on a case-by-case basis. tl;dr — when i have to pay yearly for this app, unless some game-changing features are added, which somehow elevates this from a package delivery tracker — i’m out

Great app but now with Greedy subscription model Im considering going other route after years of being a user in all the platforms and evangelizer amongst all my peers and friends... shame shame shame with this new subscription greedy and shady way of doing business specially in Covid times 100% agree with the "Baited and Switched" review
Another subscription rip off for existing customers

So why should existing customers trust a company that basically steals your purchase to go to a subscription service? Why not create major releases and give us a choice to upgrade? Seriously, the software is dated and there are other similar or better products. Apple has indicated a delivery function is on their list to include in the next iOS release due to online shopping demands from Covid. And what’s with the cloud excuse? iCloud is free. How about offering your cloud service for an added fee rather cutting current customers who use iCloud out cold? The upgrade offer to your existing customers is insulting - 3 free months of the same thing we already paid for. BUT... if we choose not to subscribe, we get to keep our data? Wow. Thank You Junecloud. You really didn’t think this through. Will go with another product or wait for it to show up in iOS.

Was free for years, but was just informed they’re going to start charging a monthly fee so I will be using a different app. Ridiculous.
