I bought the App. Liked it. Today I noticed that they are switching to a subscription model and because I bought them app they will give me one year of subscription. Deleted the app and wrote this review. Done

It’s just a glorified tracking app. No reason for it to even be a rated app honestly. It does exactly what googling a tracking number does. I don’t even understand how this costs money. If you’re reading this and wondering “hmmmm must be something special”, no there is nothing here other than inputting tracking numbers and getting free info. Deleted this app and quit it. Easier to Google and free.

I’m not paying a subscription

I have been using this app for five years. I have recommended this app this to all my friends and family. I have really enjoyed how simple this is to use. I have never had any problems with this app. Now, they want me to pay a subscription!? No way!! I just need an app to tell me when my packages will arrive, that’s it. I highlight the tracking number and share it with the app, done. You don’t need a yearly fee for that. I guess it’s time to find another app or just import the expected arrival date into my calendar and track it that way.

We're going to charge you for an app and then change to a subscription model so original users pay double? Sketchy business practice. There are plenty of other apps the do the exact same thing...give your money to a less sleazy company.

I paid for the app and then got notified that cloud sync, the main feature I was paying for, would only be available via subscription. Terrible way to treat paying customers. Moved over to Parcel and I have to say that it's a better app in just about every way.

I understand everyone is going subscription and has been for 10 years or more. But when we had a contract where I pay for this app once and now own it, it’s theft to switch to subscription and require me to pay again for features I already paid for. Release a new and separate app if you want people to now subscribe. Don’t steal from your existing users.

This app developer is a scam artist. If you sell me a product at a fixed price then the product is mine. If you sell me a product at a fixed price and then decide to change your mind and say no, you gotta keep paying me to keep this product working... it’s a scam. Thats exactly what this app developer did. This is now a subscription product even though I bought it outright. Beware the bait and switch.

Doesn’t load well You may be able to track deliveries sent to you. Nearly impossible to track deliveries/returns back to the seller. Scan the bar code feature should allow you to scan the return bar code that has the delivery company’s tracking number. Along with the unique return letters (tied to the specific item) that correspond to an Amazon specific return. Not ready for Prime Time.

Need a true iOS 14 widget
