I was suckered by the appeal of a mac app and iiphone app

I just installed the app on my desktop from the mac app store and adding in the tracking code. Then I went to the ios app store paid $1.99 for the app which goes against my nature, I do not like to pay for apps because there is alway a free one that works great, I can ignore the ads. Anyway I paid for the app, generated the code to enter into the mac app and the two did the cloud sync. Well, the tracking number I entered is now gone in both apps and I am clicking and looking how to find the enter screen again on the mac app and the app seems to be frozen or stuck or something because nothing happens. I read the reviews on the iphone app and they were pretty good and far enough apart to appear to be not all friends of the developer (when all the reviews are great and are within two or three days its often just friends trying to up the rating for a poor app is my believe) Anyway I feel like I have been suckered. Should stick to my guns and not pay for apps. I chose this one because it worked on desktop and iPhone. I thought it would be nice to have the info on both. It should work and work easily. I have tried to enter the info into the iphone app and it has crashed repeatedly. I am complaining to the Apple App store, if I can figure out how.

Very good and useful app. One recommendation would be to add notification center support. One bug I noticed is that the update is not very smooth. Most of the time, I need to manually update my package status.

Was working. Now it does not update at all. Tried 3 other apps and they picked up the shipment. Deleted.

It's easy to add packages and alerts you when there's an update. I like it, don't have to go through my email to track my package.

So I've had this app for a while now, and it worked great. Recently I noticed that what was being pulled up on the app as the locations of my packages didn't match what would come up on the USPS or UPS websites. I'm not sure what happened, but hopefully this gets addressed because this was a great app until recently.

This is a good app. The only thing that needs work is the scheme. It looks like the colors of a barber shop. But that is purely cosmetic. That's why I gave is 5 stars. The looks have nothing to do with performance. Maybe give the user the choice to choose.
